Dan is beyond fantastic!This is now our third financial year with Bookkept and our first year as business owners.As we are newly self employed we have questions for him just about every week and he is extremely helpful and patient.Dan provides detailed explanations which help us understand the rationale behind accounting processes and ATO policy and allow us to make more informed financial decisions for our business and personal investments.Running an analytics company we are very focused on numbers and Dan understand this. He continues to provide us with suggestions to optimise our tax structures and always provides logical explanations and mathematical breakdowns to support his recommendations.As the financial year has progressed our business and income structure has unexpectedly grown more complex and Bookkept has continued to support this.I can't recommend Dan and Bookkept enough!

Brendan was very easy to communicate with and professional when working on my small business tax return, he made a tedious task a lot less stressful in my opinion. Although I took a very long time organising my end of things he never once hassled me or pressured me to hurry things along. Brendan was very patient and understanding! When it came time to submit my tax return he was very informative and answered all my questions in a way I was able to easily understand everything that was being processed. Brendan was always prompt in his response time and I'm very happy with his level of service. Will be using Bookkept moving forward for all tax lodgements and referring him to others where I can.

It has been an absolute breeze working with Daniel. I was looking for an accountant that could support me with my small nutrition business. I often get confused with accounting terms e.g. GST, but Daniel takes the time to explain in simple language, so I thoroughly understand and have peace of mind.To have an accountant that works with other health professionals is an added bonus, he is confident and experienced in how healthcare sales differ from general sales in other businesses, and he is familiar with operating our healthcare software. He has made suggestions to how we can run our software more efficiently, which I didn't expect from an accountant - but has happily reduced my workload.Prior to Daniel, I have had trouble getting a hold of Accountants, waiting weeks for replies to emails. Daniel is always available for a phone call and replies to my emails very quickly.As I am a small business, I was concerned about the cost to have a book keeper and accountant involved on regular basis, but I am pleasantly surprised - and having Daniel on board is has reduced staff admin wages. So its a win win for me.Thanks for your continued help and support.

I was processing the payroll in my business manually and BAS time was a nightmare.Brendan setup Xero and we are now reporting through single touch payroll. Handing over the administration of my business to Bookkept is one of the best decisions I’ve made.I wish I had of called sooner
