Brendan was very easy to communicate with and professional when working on my small business tax return, he made a tedious task a lot less stressful in my opinion. Although I took a very long time organising my end of things he never once hassled me or pressured me to hurry things along. Brendan was very patient and understanding! When it came time to submit my tax return he was very informative and answered all my questions in a way I was able to easily understand everything that was being processed.
